Our Surface Mount Component assembly offer a full range of short run and volume electronics assembly options. Continuous investment in equipment is carefully planned to accommodate more complex customer's requirements.
At AES we have fully integrated line for our main production.
Automatic DEK printer with built-in optical inspection and self-cleaning capability, High speed Samsung placement machine and Essemtec 400 convection reflow solder oven.
To speed up the production process the line is connected with automatic conveyors and loaders.
Our Surface Mount Assembly process is further enhanced by using our AOI Mirtek System.
The department has the following capabilities:
- Samsung automated surface mount pick and place machine
- 0201 and µBGA/Fine pitch placement
- Automated Screen printing
- Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI)
Our materials control facilities include baking oven for correct conditioning and storage of components.
